Hello,

I am having a problem importing Mp4 files into X2. When I try to import the file, I get the error:Unable to open file [filename] File format mismatch.I can open and view the file with other applications. The files are from a GoPro Hero HD. I have installed the Service Pack 2, which says it addresses an issue with importing Mp4.
Can X2 import Mp4 files? What could be the problem? Any suggested solutions?

Please help.
